Anna has a passion for people, travel, and the mind body connection. Anna combines these passions through her work as a counselling psychologist, mindfulness trainer, yoga and meditation teacher and loves the way each of these modalities supports the next.
Anna draws on her experience to support people to find their inner calm, tune into their bodies, connect to themselves and the people around them and experience the richness and fullness of life. Her classes incorporate gentleness with strength; playfulness with stillness, incorporating elements of mindfulness throughout.
Anna completed her yoga teacher training in Byron Bay in 2013 as a way to delve further into the world of yoga. Since then she has continued to explore and shape her own style as a teacher.
