Christy’s classes offer students the chance to really understand the mechanics of their bodies and use this awareness to achieve deep strengthening and opening.
With an emphasis on longer holds combined with fluid movement and breath work, Christy encourages her students to turn inward and find a way to connect with themselves and their practice that resonates with their whole body.
Christy has always been passionate about health and wellness. She is a trained acupuncturist, has been a dedicated student of Ashtanga practice since 2006 and completed her Yoga teacher training in her homeland of Canada, in 2010.
