Leigh started practicing yoga in 2008 after recovering from several broken bones, the results of being a teenage boy. Looking for something to build strength and flexibility he followed his mother to a yoga class.
He found himself drawn to the practice more and more for the serene stillness that resided in him after an Asana class.
Leigh's classes are guided by the breath. He encourages you to really tune into your breath, mind and body, to find your comfort zone, then extend beyond it. Expect classes inspired by the energy of dance and movement which clear the way for moments of serene stillness.
