Lucienne aims for parallel strengthening of both the mind and body, believing it is important to challenge oneself freely and to be inquisitive about the body, without feeling judged. 

Lucienne encourages her students to turn their focus inward, to tune into their own unique experience and expression of their practice, therefore creating a deeper awareness, understanding and acceptance of the self.

In 2012 Lucienne trained at Moksha Academy of Yoga. Since then, Lucienne has studied Prana Flow Yoga and incorporates this style into her classes.
