Shipping & Returns
Orders are dispatched from our studio in Northcote, VIC within 1-2 days.
Orders are shipped via, Australia Post at a flat rate of $10. Shipping is not covered by insurance. We recommend delivery to a business address.
Shipping time varies depending on location. Orders will be sent within 2 Business days of successfully processing your order.
Orders are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second email notifying you when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out.
When ordering, please ensure that your delivery address is correct. Good Vibes Yoga cannot take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Good Vibes Yoga, please return it within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase cost.
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Good Vibes Yoga if the item is:
(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
(b) not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;
Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt.
We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.
With prior arrangement you may return items to our studio (116 High Street, Northcote) for an exchange or refund, please bring your invoice.
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
