In Eastern wisdom, life is made out of a balance of opposites – Yin and Yang. With the Western cultures primarily focused on a non-stop busy yang environment, it can leave us feeling exhausted and unbalanced. In this workshop we'll look at the concepts of yin and yang in our minds and through the energetic movements of the body. We'll explore both Yin Yoga - the inner expression of being and Yang Yoga - the outer expression of being. Building a deep understanding of the beauty of this balance through organic movements and heart opening meditations.
