Ryan

Ryan is passionate about movement, health and well-being. As an elite athlete for 10 years, Ryan represented Australia in both running and duathlon. Ryan’s classes focus on a strong flowing movement and connecting with the body while calming the mind. His playful approach to sequencing is inter-woven with deep and moving philosophy.

Jennalea

Jennalea’s teaching style is down-to-earth and personal. Her fiery Vinyasa Flow classes are powerful and nourishing, building strong bodies and minds. Her Mellow classes are intentional and restorative, allowing students to reset and find new perspectives. Jennalea always unites the class in a collective state of intra and interpersonal connectivity.

Phoebe

Phoebe started taking Yoga classes for extra strength and flexibility while she was studying dance full time. After completing her Yoga Training she continued to deepen her anatomy knowledge by studying Musculoskeletal therapy. Phoebe’s teaching method is influenced by a blend of Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow with strong emphasis on breath and alignment.

Phoebe will be leading our Yoga Teacher Training, kicking off in January 2020.

Jodie

Jodie’s love for dance, creativity and free flowing movement guided her to yoga. Jodie’s classes allow students to get out of their minds and into their bodies through breath and movement, while having a good time. For Jodie, yoga is never the same, there’s constantly more to learn and there’s always space to grow.

William

Will teaches from a place of love and compassion and truly believes in the healing and transformative powers of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Will's Yin and Mellow classes calm the mind and uplift the spirt. He enjoys supporting students along their respective journeys and empowering them to follow their heart and stay true to their path.

Wallis

Wallis' grounding classes are mindful and all about cultivating balance. She believes a yoga practice helps us understand the connection (or disconnection) between our mind and body. She teaches her students to discover their true nature and approach everything with lightness.

Sacha

Movement, music and connection is what Sacha is about. With a background in dance she loves leading dynamic Vinyasas, juicy Mellows and nurturing Yins. In each class she incorporates yogic philosophy and creates a space of intuitive reflection to inspire students to explore their own practice.

Nicky

Nicky’s classes are challenging, grounding and nurturing. His unique and fluid sequencing will encourage you to switch off your auto-pilot and practice in a more mindful and present way. Nicky loves seeing his students form a deeper connection with themselves through their yoga practice.

Leonie

Leonie teaches yin in a very gentle, human and accessible way, allowing students to bring their bodies into harmony and their minds and emotions into greater peace. In each class, she shares her anatomical knowledge with warmth and purpose. Leonie believes yoga can change your relationship with yourself and the world around you.

Maud 

Maud shares her passion for yoga, meditation and Ayurveda with the aim to empower people to embrace who they truly are.  With a lifelong passion for movement, she is interested in the physical practice of yoga and the effect of asana and pranayama on the body, mind and movement of energies. Students feel connected to their essence and uplifted in Maud’s embodied classes.

Shannon believes deeply in the importance of cultivating a sustainable strong mind body connection and in each class she uses sensory awareness, pranayama exercises and anatomical reference points for students to form this bond. Her classes are powerfully restorative and will have you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Born and raised in the Theravada Buddhist tradition, Manoj has married the best of ancient wisdom and contemporary science to bring the power of awareness, compassion and wisdom to each of his classes.
