Daily Schedule
Thursday: At 4pm you’ll arrive at the guesthouse. After a welcome session, you’ll have time to unpack before our first evening Yin Yoga practice and dinner together.
Friday: Start the day with a meditation and Yoga practice, followed by a nourishing brunch. During the afternoon, you’ll have the choice of free time or soaking up the sunshine with a walk through the Noosa National Park and swim at Alexandria Bay (A-Bay). In the evening, we’ll gather together for Yoga and dinner.
Saturday: Enjoy a snoozy sleep-in or come along for morning Yoga and meditation. After practice we’ll come together for brunch. In the afternoon, take some time for yourself or join us for a rainforest hike to Buderim Falls. Following this, you’ll have the opportunity to attend a Chakra Balancing workshop with Ryan. To end the day, a delicious dinner.
Sunday: Your morning begins with the final Yoga practice, meditation and brunch. As our weekend together comes to a close, you’ll have time to relax and pack up before we go our seperate ways at 10am.
