Ryan is passionate about movement, health and well-being. He was an elite athlete for 10 years. Representing Australia in both running and duathlon. Ryan found yoga through rehabilitating an injury and never stopped even when high level competition did.

Ryan’s classes are focused around a strong flowing movement, but also very much centred around connecting with the body and calming the mind. His nuturing presence creates a supportive space for his students to delve deeper into their asana practice.

Ryan completed his teacher training in Bali, through Bodhi Yoga, since going on to train with Laughing Lotus NYC and a number of other course.
