With Nicky Grimsdale you’ll learn how to integrate ancient breathing techniques to create harmony within a modern lifestyle.

Pranayama is an essential part of an integrated yoga practice. In this workshop, you'll learn and experience how pranayama reduces stress and anxiety, increases oxygen efficiency and cultivates body awareness.

You'll be given a structured program to maintain a long term daily pranayama practice. The workshop will end with a guided yoga Nidra, the art of yogic sleep, to enable complete relaxation of the body and rejuvenation of the mind. No experience in pranayama required.

SELF PRACTICE + GOOD VIBES

A workshop exploring movement as a conduit for creativity. Lead by Self Practice founder Lauren Trend and Good Vibes teacher Jennalea McInnes.

Creativity is not reserved for artists alone. Creativity comes in all forms. In the way that we communicate, in the way that we process emotions, in our approach to ideas and inspiration. In this workshop we will explore the relationship between physical movement and creative thinking.

Those in attendance will be invited to work through a series of creative, mindfulness and movement exercises including a 60 minute flow - in order to work through blocks, welcome inspiration and channel ideas with ease and intention.
