CHAKRA BALANCING

Join Ryan for a 2 hour exploration of the 7 main energy centres of the body, known as chakras. 

Through restorative yoga, guided meditation, chanting, aromatherapy and visualisation, we will work towards restoring balance in the energetic body.

Our chakras form the core of our vast and detailed mind/body system. These chakras can be viewed as wheels of energy residing deep within the body. The seven chakras correspond to the seven major glands of the endocrine system, which regulate every physiological process that occurs in the body. Our chakras are the direct link between thoughts and emotions affecting our biology.

In this workshop, you will learn how to cultivate physical, mental and emotional wellness through the practice of chakra balancing.

You will gain a broader understanding of energy clearing and learn techniques which can then be used in your daily life, work-life and in your relationships to maintain a sense of equilibrium.

Pranayama is an essential part of an integrated yoga practice. In this workshop, you'll learn and experience how pranayama reduces stress and anxiety, increases oxygen efficiency and cultivates body awareness.

You'll be given a structured program to maintain a long term daily pranayama practice. The workshop will end with a guided yoga Nidra, the art of yogic sleep, to enable complete relaxation of the body and rejuvenation of the mind. No experience in pranayama required.

A workshop exploring movement as a conduit for creativity. Lead by Self Practice founder Lauren Trend and Good Vibes teacher Jennalea McInnes.

Creativity is not reserved for artists alone. Creativity comes in all forms. In the way that we communicate, in the way that we process emotions, in our approach to ideas and inspiration. In this workshop we will explore the relationship between physical movement and creative thinking.

Those in attendance will be invited to work through a series of creative, mindfulness and movement exercises including a 60 minute flow - in order to work through blocks, welcome inspiration and channel ideas with ease and intention.
