Join Ryan Mannix for a 2.5 hour exploration of the 7 main energy centres of the body known as chakras.

Restore balance in your energetic body through restorative yoga, guided meditation, chanting, aromatherapy and visualisations associated with each of the seven major energy points.

Our chakras form the core of our vast and detailed mind/body system. These chakras can be viewed as wheels of energy residing deep within the body. The seven chakras correspond to the seven major glands of the endocrine system, which regulate every physiological process that occurs in the body. Our chakras are the direct link between thoughts and emotions affecting our biology.

In this workshop, you will learn how to cultivate physical, mental and emotional wellness through the practice of chakra balancing.

You will gain a broader understanding of energy clearing and learn techniques which can then be used in your daily life, work life and in your relationships to maintain a sense of equilibrium.
