Facilitated by Good Vibes teacher Ryan Mannix, this Alignment Immersion has been designed for those who want to refine their understanding of how the body moves, stabilises, and integrates within yoga postures.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice or strengthen the way you support others, this training offers a grounded and experiential approach to alignment.
The focus of the afternoon is on how the body actually moves - what to engage, how to organise the body and how to create stability while reducing unnecessary compression.
Through guided practice and discussion, Ryan will break down key alignment principles, common movement patterns and practical applications across a range of postures. You'll explore the use of props, clear cueing and supportive hands-on options to refine both personal practice and teaching.
This immersion is best suited for yoga teacher and to those with a high level of yoga experience.
