To mark Endometriosis Awareness Month, join us for an informative and nourishing afternoon designed for women living with endometriosis, persistent pelvic pain, period pain, adenomyosis and other related conditions. Gain evidence-based tools to help you better understand and manage your pain in a safe and supportive space where you are invited to listen, learn, share and reconnect with your body at your own pace.
To begin, naturopath and nutritionist Freya Lawler will explore the complexity of endometriosis, the role of stress, and how diet and lifestyle can significantly impact symptoms. She’ll share actionable tools and practical, holistic strategies to reduce inflammation, regulate pain, and take control of your wellbeing.
Bec Isaacs, yoga teacher and chronic pain advocate, will then lead a 90-minute therapeutic yoga workshop designed specifically for pelvic pain relief. The practice will focus on releasing chronic tension in the hips, pelvis, and lower back—areas that often hold stress and contribute to pain cycles. Through a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll learn how to down regulate your nervous system, increase circulation to the pelvic region, and restore a sense of ease in your body. Bec will also share her own personal experience and give you an opportunity to share and discuss your experience in small groups (sharing is completely optional).
**To support your journey beyond this event, each guest will receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag filled with items to nourish your pelvic health.**
This event is deeply personal to our founder, Kirra, whose own journey with endometriosis has been one of deep learning, self-advocacy, and healing. After decades seeking answers for her debilitating pain, she finally found relief by weaving together knowledge, support, and embodied practices. It is her heartfelt belief that these tools can offer solace to others walking a similar path. Please bring a notebook for insights and reflection and wear comfortable clothing for movement.
Suitable for all levels, all welcome.
