    Reformer Pilates isn't just a workout; it's a mindful experience. Our sessions offer an opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself, and explore deliberate movements that foster a deeper understanding of your body's strength and alignment—no mirrors, dumbbells, and hectic-fitness energy here.

    Designed to build physical strength, increase flexibility and embrace the rhythm of breath, these classes are a highly complementary addition to any yoga practice. And, of course, we're bringing together a stellar team of teachers reflective of the high calibre you expect from Good Vibes.

  • Please self-check-in via the iPad provided. Please check-in to avoid no-show charges.

    Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time, as late admittance is strictly not possible.

    Clean socks are required for all reformer classes (grip socks are recommended), and admittance will not be permitted without them. Socks are available to purchase before class.

    The reformer studio is a no-phone zone. Upon entering the studio, please place your phone on silent, switch off any alarms and store it in the lockers provided.

    Please commit to staying for the entire duration of the class. You’re welcome to take a break at any time.

  • Welcome! We can’t wait to share this life-changing method of movement with you! We recommend you take a few Reformer 101 classes before jumping into Reformer Flow. Reformer stretch suits all levels, including brand newbies. You can see descriptions of all our class styles here.

  • Congratulations! Yes, you are welcome to attend classes with us during this special time. Prior to doing so, we always recommend that you check in with your doctor and get the all-clear to practise. 

    If you did not have a regular Reformer Pilates practice pre-pregnancy, we suggest you attend our specialised prenatal Reformer class, which runs on Saturdays at 11am. If after some Prenatal classes you are feeling comfortable, you are welcome to also attend our Reformer 101 and Reformer Flow classes throughout the week.

    If you are confident with an existing Reformer Pilates practice, you are welcome to attend our regular Reformer classes, as well as our Prenatal class if desired. However, Make It Spicy and Reformer Jumpboard are not suitable for those who are pregnant. 

    Before any class, please let the teacher know how many weeks pregnant you are. They will offer modifications throughout the class and ensure you are moving safely.
