Ryan is passionate about movement, health and well-being. As an elite athlete for 10 years, Ryan represented Australia in both running and duathlon. Ryan’s classes focus on a creative flowing movement and connecting with the body while calming the mind. His playful approach to sequencing is inter-woven with deep and moving philosophy. Ryan is a natural born leader.
Jennalea
Jennalea’s teaching style is direct and personal. Her fiery Vinyasa Flow classes are powerful and nourishing, building strong bodies and minds. Her Mellow classes are intentional and restorative, allowing students to reset and find new perspectives. Jennalea always unites the class in a collective state of intra and interpersonal connectivity. Jennalea is currently on maternity leave until mid 2021.
Jodie
Jodie’s love for dance, creativity and free-flowing movement guided her to yoga. Her classes allow students to get out of their minds and into their bodies through breath and movement. For Jodie, yoga is never the same, there’s constantly more to learn and there’s always space to grow.
Brenton
Brenton's teaching style has a sense of fun and playfulness, whilst still being powerful. He seeks the balance of sthira and sukha – the strength and the ease in each of the styles that he teaches. You will find that his creative transitions are based around a sound knowledge of anatomy. Yoga philosophy and a meditative mindset underpin his approach to teaching. Ash is a passionate and enthusiastic yoga teacher. She comes from a background of competitive and professional soccer and has now fallen in love with the practice and philosophy of yoga. She knows the profound impact yoga has had on bringing balance, knowledge and purpose into her life and wants nothing more than to share this with others. Move your body and raise your vibration in Ash’s feel-good classes.
Leigh
Leigh’s offering is a good mix of liveliness and deep, fluid movement. He uses stronger postures as an access point for transformation and perspective through practice. Leigh’s aim if for his students to discover their own journey of yoga through mind and body. His intuitive sequencing will leave you feeling lengthened and restored.
Wallis
Wallis' grounding classes are mindful and all about cultivating balance. She believes a yoga practice helps us understand the connection (or disconnection) between our mind and body. She teaches her students to discover their true nature and approach everything with lightness. Wallis’ yin classes are simply the best.
Sacha
Movement, music and connection are what Sacha is about. With a background in dance, she loves leading dynamic Vinyasas, juicy Mellows and nurturing Yins. In each class, she incorporates yogic philosophy and creates a space of intuitive reflection to inspire students to explore their own practice.
Rachel
Rachel’s classes are both strong and nurturing, offering plenty of opportunities for challenging postures. With a background in dance, her sequences are designed to build strength and flexibility. Rachel encourages her students to turn their focus inward, to tune into their own unique experience and expression of their practice, therefore creating a deeper awareness, understanding and acceptance of the self.
Zoe
Zoe’s classes are rhythmic, soulful and embodied with a whole lot of heart. You can expect options for all levels, clear direction and strong, dynamic movement. Zoe guides her students to cultivate presence in every moment and feel more alive.
Gen
Gen's classes are underpinned with a sense of purpose and care. Using movement to explore the relationship between the body and mind, Gen provides students with the opportunity to deepen all aspects of their practice. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone.
Georgia
Georgia loves the discipline and beauty of practicing yoga. Expect to build heat as she guides you through classes balanced with strength, humility and refinement through adjustments. Aoife, originally from Ireland, teaches from a place of love and compassion. She believes in the healing and transformative powers of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
