We’re excited to be bringing back this popular and important event for a second year.
To mark Endometriosis Awareness Month, join us for an informative and nourishing afternoon designed for women living with endometriosis, persistent pelvic pain, period pain, adenomyosis and other related conditions. Gain evidence-based tools to help you better understand and manage your pain in a safe and supportive space where you are invited to listen, learn, share and reconnect with your body at your own pace.
To begin, naturopath and nutritionist Freya Lawler will explore the complexity of endometriosis, including the role of stress, emerging pain science, the gut microbiome and hormone connection and how diet and lifestyle changes can improve symptoms. She’ll share actionable tools and practical, holistic strategies to reduce inflammation, calm pain, and take control of your wellbeing.
Yoga therapist and teacher Saskia Morris will then lead a gentle movement session designed to increase circulation to the pelvic region, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of ease in your body.
The practice will include tailored Yoga and Pilates movements, breathwork techniques, and relaxation exercises that you can return to at home to support ongoing relief.
We will finish the session with space to discuss and share your experience and an opportunity to ask questions. Sharing is completely optional.
Suitable for all levels, all welcome.
