WAITLIST ONLY | Good Vibes is thrilled to host Jarrah Volpe for the first time, offering a 90-minute immersive session to explore the profound impact of intentional breathing. 
You’ll begin by grounding into your body as Jarrah gently unpacks the science behind breathwork and what’s really happening in your nervous system, your brain, and your emotional state when you consciously connect to your breath. 
From there, you’ll be guided through a dynamic breathwork journey that invites you to release stored tension, shake off stress, and reconnect to a deeper sense of clarity and calm. Through conscious breathing, you'll create space within yourself to feel, heal, and reset. 
The session will close with time to reflect and ask questions, leaving you with practical and essential tools you can take into your daily life to stay grounded, clear, and regulated. 
Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to the practice, this is an opportunity to experience its transformative effects in a supportive and expansive space.
