Join us for a supportive and empowering workshop, lead by Good Vibes teacher and clinical nutritionist Jennalea McInnes, designed to help you feel informed, confident, and connected throughout your pregnancy journey.
This workshop offers practical, evidence-informed guidance on how to stay grounded and supported during pregnancy. We’ll explore nourishing food and supplement foundations, ways to stay confidently informed without overwhelm, and how to prepare your body and mind for labour and the postpartum period. You’ll also be introduced to simple mindful practices and lifestyle medicine principles that can support your energy, emotional wellbeing, and resilience during pregnancy.
Following the workshop, we’ll transition into a Pre-Natal yoga class designed to provide a full spectrum of support tools and help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs, from gentle stretching and strengthening to meditations to connect with your baby.
This session is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and no prior yoga experience is required.
