Join Good Vibes teacher Matilda Moore and Acupuncturists Georgia Payten and Jessica Lawson for a transformative 90-minute workshop that combines the healing practices of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture.
Matilda will first guide you through a nurturing yin class. Yin Yoga is an ancient practice that is designed to stretch the body and work into connective fascial tissue and is a balance to the more dynamic Yang practices. A powerfully therapeutic practice, floor poses are held for 4-6 minutes, each targeting joint and ligament stress and enabling muscles to soften.
During an extended Shavasana, Georgia and Jessica will then perform a guided Yoga Nidra (body scan), before placing pins in points that traditionally help to calm the nervous system, further cultivating a sense of surrender.
Expect blissful relaxation and a deep opening of the body and mind. Perfect for all levels of experience, even beginners.
