Prenatal Yoga is a highly specialised form of Yoga, designed to support mothers-to-be on their individual pregnancy journeys, and a great way to stay active and connected during pregnancy. The wide range of classes will help you engage the mind and spirit along the body, while addressing any challenges that might arise during this phase.

This class will provide you with a full spectrum of support tools and help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs, from gentle stretching and strengthening, to mental cantering and meditations to connect with your baby.

Benefits of Prenatal Yoga include sleep improvement, reduce stress and anxiety, increase the strength, endurance and flexibility of the muscles needed for childbirth.

Our Pre-Natal classes run on Sundays at 11am in our Collingwood studio.
