Prenatal yoga is a highly specialised form of yoga designed to support mothers-to-be on their individual pregnancy journeys. It is a great way to stay active and connected during pregnancy. This class will provide a full spectrum of support tools and help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs, from gentle stretching and strengthening to meditations to connect with your baby. Benefits of Prenatal Yoga include sleep improvement, reduced stress and anxiety, and increased endurance and flexibility of the muscles needed for childbirth. Suitable for both those new to yoga and with an existing practice.
