Pranayama is an essential part of an integrated yoga practice. In this workshop, you'll learn and experience how pranayama reduces stress and anxiety, increases oxygen efficiency and cultivates body awareness.
You'll be given a structured program to maintain a long term daily pranayama practice. The workshop will end with a guided yoga Nidra, the art of yogic sleep, to enable complete relaxation of the body and rejuvenation of the mind. No experience in pranayama required.
