Open your heart and learn to love back bending. This masterclass explores props and different techniques to prepare, open and strengthen your body for backbends. The practice will include a short heart-focused pranayama at the start before flowing into a shoulder and hip-opening focused vinyasa, with pauses to workshop techniques and key backbend poses as well as their transitions and progressions.
Led by teacher Good Vibes Teacher, Rachel, this Masterclass will leave you with more awareness on how to progress your backbend and include this group of asanas into your everyday practice with greater ease and depth.
This masterclass is most suited to those with some yoga experience.
