Open your heart and learn to love backbending. Within this Masterclass, Rachel Grace will help you explore props and different techniques she has practised over the years to prepare, open and strengthen your body. This Masterclass should leave you with more awareness on how to progress your backbend and include this group of asanas into your everyday practice and with greater ease and depth.
The practice will include a short heart focused pranayama at the start before flowing into a shoulder and hip opening focused vinyasa with short pauses to workshop techniques and the key backbend poses as well as their transitions and progressions.
