In these 90-minute sessions, Julz will guide you through powerful techniques to correct dysfunctional breathing.
'Breath Sesh' explores how we can align the body's systems through simple breathwork and operate from a place of stability and coherence.
Be prepared to feel deeply relaxed yet simultaneously energised. Expect to feel seen, heard and loved.
Julz is a Naam/Melbourne-based breathwork facilitator. Her Breath journey began amid severe depression that followed a serious injury that ended her soccer career. Her mission is to bring people together and share the healing power of the Breath.
No prior experience is required; all levels are welcome. This session is not suitable for those who are pregnant.
