Jodie
Jodie’s love for dance, creativity and free-flowing movement guided her to yoga. Her classes allow students to get out of their minds and into their bodies through breath and movement. For Jodie, yoga is never the same, there’s constantly more to learn and there’s always space to grow.
Leigh
Leigh’s offering is a good mix of liveliness and deep, fluid movement. He uses stronger postures as an access point for transformation and perspective through practice. Leigh’s aim if for his students to discover their own journey of yoga through mind and body. His intuitive sequencing will leave you feeling lengthened and restored.
Wallis
Wallis' grounding classes are mindful and all about cultivating balance. She believes a yoga practice helps us understand the connection (or disconnection) between our mind and body. She teaches her students to discover their true nature and approach everything with lightness. Wallis’ yin classes are simply the best.

Movement, music and connection are what Sacha is about. With a background in dance, she loves leading dynamic Vinyasas, juicy Mellows and nurturing Yins. In each class, she incorporates yogic philosophy and creates a space of intuitive reflection to inspire students to explore their own practice.

Meet Phoebe, a world-renowned yoga and movement facilitator. Phoebe’s life has revolved around bodily expression from a young age. A professional dancer until her early twenties, she transitioned to yoga soon after, a practice that has deeply captured her attention and commitment. Phoebe has been teaching internationally for 10 years and in-between, calls Melbourne, Australia home. Phoebe is passionate about anatomy, breath, how to move well and helping people reconnect back to their innate ability to move with freedom.
Georgia
Georgia loves the discipline and beauty of practicing yoga. Expect to build heat as she guides you through classes balanced with strength, humility and refinement through adjustments. Anzari
Anzari’s classes are infused with breath awareness, sequences that feel good for the body and an invitation to be as you are and move as you feel.
