In this expansive 3-hour workshop with world-renowned teacher and mentor Tahl Rinsky, yoga teachers will learn hands-on techniques and insights to enhance your ability to hold space with confidence and clarity.

Holding Space is about more than just guiding students through poses—it’s about creating a safe, grounded, and supportive environment where true transformation can occur. Tahl Rinsky is a master at holding space and creating feelings of flow state in her classes, leaving students feeling seen and expressed as individuals. In this workshop, she will share her skills and tools from her personal toolbox, developed over years of teaching and personal practice.

You will learn:

- How to craft class sequences with intention, guiding students through energetic peaks and moments of calm, fostering flow and engagement.

- How to refine your verbal and non-verbal communication to create a powerful and confident teaching presence that resonates with your students.

This course is eligible for 3 Continuing Education (CE) hours with Yoga Alliance.

Handstand Skills and Drills

In this intensive teacher training, visiting international facilitator Daniel Rama will share his handstand skill-path; a series of simple checkpoints designed to help anyone progress from no handstand at all, to weight shifting on one arm. He will breakdown entries and skills such as hollowbacks, head positions and the seven, helping you to understand the fundamental points for development. Come prepared with questions and leave with a clear path, feeling empowered and equipped with the knowledge and skills you need to help your students achieve their handstand goals.

Hailing from Canada, Rama’s journey is one of overcoming crippling injuries through the science of self-improvement. With a background in functional anatomy, he added authenticity to his yoga practice by spending years living in a hatha yoga ashram. Rama has made it his life’s purpose to share the power of yoga, movement and mindfulness with the world, leading international workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings as well as running his own inclusive online studio Becoming Balance.

This teacher training is open to yoga teachers and functional movement practitioners only.

Anatomy Training - The 12 Troublemakers

A training for yoga teachers who want to deepen their anatomy knowledge and broaden their understanding of mobility. Moving buoyantly through life with mobile joints and a powerful and agile spine doesn't have to be a dream. But part of the ongoing conversation with our body is getting to know the 12 ‘troublemakers’ - 12 muscles that commonly prevent this from happening.

In this interactive training with the legendary Gwyn Williams, you will explore these 12 troublemakers energetically and structurally through movement patterns and partner work. As you discover how to strengthen, open and hydrate them, you will gain the confidence and knowledge to help your students move with greater ease and joy.

A renowned international teacher and self-confessed life force fanatic, Gwyn is dedicated to all human beings' non-division and heart-opening. The dissolving of division into unity continues to be his inspiration, and the aspects of community, connection and contribution are at the core of the practice. His passion for alternative therapies and connecting his heart with his hands led him to open the Mt. Ninderry Healing Centre on the Sunshine Coast in 1999. On the surface, Zenthai is a fusion of Zen shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathic technique, but beneath is an enriched conversation with a vibrant, ever-changing life. An evolution of Gwyn's hands-on healing modality is Zenthai flow - a rhythmic, fluid yoga asana and Qigong practice involving the five elements (earth, water, fire, metal and wood).
